*7  Observed shell uncooked eggs and egg mix stored above lettuce and tomatoes. Observed partially cooked pork sausage patties stored above Mcmuffins in the walk-in freezer. Observed mcgriddles and apple pies stored with hamburgers and partially cooked chicken. *Store all raw eggs and meats below and separate from ready to eat foods. (750.130) Immediate/Onsite
*12  Observed various employees to use gloves improperly by not washing their hands between changing pairs of gloves or not changing gloves and washing hands at all after changing food handling tasks. *Provide for hands to be properly washed as often as necessary to keep them clean and free of contamination. *20  Observed the sanitizer buckets and the dishmachine to be too weak. *Sanitizer buckets should have 200ppm of Quaternary ammonia while the dishmachine should have 50-100 ppm of sodium hypochlorite. (750.820) Immediate/Onsite
